Black White And Co was a French soul-funk group active in the early 1980s. The band was also known under the names Black Bells Group and Funk Family. Its members included Eric Rawson, Fred Montabord, Patrick Duteil, Pierre Marie, and Thierry Heurtaux.

The group released three albums on various labels between 1980 and 1982. Their music blended elements of funk and soul, as heard in tracks like *Funk Alarm I & II* (1980) and *Action for Love* (1981).
