Blood Poker (5 Card Stud) is a 1968 western film directed by Henry Hathaway.
In a Colorado saloon, a stranger is caught cheating during a poker game. Nick Evers, with the complicity of the other players, decides to execute the cheater and hang him. The only one of them who opposes is Van Morgan.
After some time, the preacher Jonathan Rudd, a very skilled gunslinger, arrives in the village. In reality Rudd is the brother of the cheater, who came to avenge his death by searching one by one the players involved in the episode. After the murder of the first two, Van Morgan reconnects the facts to what happened at the poker table.
Tension builds as the killer hunts down the other perpetrators, until Morgan ends up colliding with Rudd and winning a deadly shootout.
