How to Install:
Uninstall any already installed version of IDM or its patches first and then
0. Unpack and see virustotal scan results included before installing
1. Install Program "idman638build12.exe" (remove any previous patch).
2. Run "32bit Patch.exe" or "64bit Patch.exe" and install it according to  your windows version
