Folder NoDVD \ anadius copy the folder Game in the game folder replacing files.
Run the game (x64 only) with The Sims 4 \ Game \ Bin \ TS4_x64.exe as administrator.
With this new tablet, when you start the game in the window, click Start offline and you can play.
Change the language from the " Language " folder by activating the registry.
