Greg Jenko e Morton Schmidt hanno frequentato la stessa scuola superiore. Il primo era il bullo ignorante e l'altro il secchione imbranato. Si ritrovano fianco a fianco in una scuola di polizia e uno finisce con il dare una mano all'altro aiutandolo in ciò in cui riesce meno.
