    Don’t forget that this type of food is very healthy and has the power to speed up your metabolism and if following the right diet you can lose weight too. However, today less and fewer people know how to can and preserve fresh food. Maybe because we can buy them at the store, but this is not a reason to never learn. Homemade is always healthier and more delicious and preserving and canning doesn’t take a lot of time.
