Synopsis
Gold Rush fans are used to miners going to great lengths to strike it rich, but in Discovery's latest spin-off show, White Water, "Dakota Fred" Hurt and his son Dustin are headed deep beneath the water's surface.
In the new reality series, which premieres in January, the father son duo return to McKinley Creek, Alaska, where they've enlisted a team of intrepid divers, mountaineers and bush mechanics to search for gold deep in one of Alaska's wildest creeks.
The location, which only recently became available, is surrounded by white water rapids, forcing the guys to dive into raging torrents. Despite the danger, Fred and Dustin are determined to make a fortune, no matter the risk.

The Dakota Boys are back in Alaska to claim the McKinley gold with twice the equipment and a bigger crew. They must repair winter storm damage to the site.
Season 2 - Episode 2 - Burned Alive

The Dakota Boys struggle to run their two dredges until new man, Casey Morgan, arrives. But they’re soon a man down again when a crew member is savagely burned.
Season 2 - Episode 3 - When Bears Attack

The Dakota boys are stalked by hungry bears. Meanwhile Dustin’s two dredges are running dirt, but when they get a second winch system working disaster strikes.
Season 2 - Episode 4 - Too Close for Comfort

Fred and Dustin disagree on where to find the gold and dig separate holes. But, a fierce confrontation jeopardises the entire operation.
Season 2 - Episode 5 - The Nugget Trap

The Dakota Boys and the crew face difficulties and delays when their equipment breaks. But, their hard work finally pays off when they find a huge amount of gold.
Season 2 - Episode 6 - Mckinley, We Have a Problem

The Dakota Boys push towards Bedrock Crack when disaster strikes and Rich is left in deep trouble. Dustin calms him down and he returns to the water.
