Noah will have to convince xenophobic species to accept the Makeon refugees, and then negotiate a treaty with rival warring shipping cartels to transport them. Noah’s reputation as an honest dealer and ethical negotiator will tested to their limit in juggling the unreasonable demands of indifferent aliens.
Amidst this, bands of anti-Ranger rebels are intent on sowing chaos through violence, and it that wasn’t enough, the Makeons’ new home planet isn’t as empty and idyllic as it appears…
