UltraSearch is a program for searching files, and since the name contains "Ultra" the process should be as fast as possible. Actually, this is true, you type the name of a file, for example, or a folder and immediately see the result, it is simply unrealistic to do it faster. The software can only work with NTFS disks and achieves speed due to working with MFT, it accepts so-called "hard links". In general, do you want to find quickly? This is the place for you, use it!

Searches for folders and files as quickly and competently as possible, no matter the extension type, everything will be found
Exclusively direct access to the NTFS partition distinguishes this software from its analogues, often in the work simply indexing of files is used, here everything is more serious, hence the result
